Subway - Windsor

Unfortunately, Subway restaurants in Windsor have really declined, especially this one on Walker Road. The owners seem stingy, and the quality is lacking. It feels like a typical experience with Indian owners from Toronto who cut corners. You can tell by their complaints about toppings, their exclusion from specials, and their emphasis on being independently owned. This place is disappointing, and I recommend avoiding it if you can. Your sub will end up looking sparse and almost like it's on a diet!

The only employee present was just sitting there and had the place closed at 8:45pm when it clearly shows it’s open till 9:30pm. Most of the lights were off and he just waved me off when I approached the door to read the timings. Won’t go back here again.

As for vegetarian options, I love ordering a foot-long sub on Italian herb and cheese, toasted with extra pizza sauce and parmesan cheese.

The food quality is quite disappointing. The bread didn't taste fresh, and all the vegetables—lettuce, spinach, cucumber, and red onion—seem to be frozen and then thawed, which really affects their flavor. I would be willing to pay an extra dollar per sandwich for fresh, cut toppings. Unfortunately, I can't continue as a customer because the quality just isn't there. On a positive note, the staff member was friendly, and the store is always clean, but overall, it feels too cheap.

This is the only subway I will go to in windsor. There is a worker on days named Angela that makes my sub perfect every time! She is fast, friendly and makes the best subs in windsor! I highly recommend ?
