Lily deserves a raise!! i hurt my ankle playing basketball before going thru the drive thru to order my drink I asked if they had baggies they did not and asked me what it was for. I then informed her of my injury and she said she would see what she could do. she went out of her way to find a plastic bag in the store and filled it with ice for me. So kind of her! I had a white hot chocolate it blew my mind. Thank you for the glory in the form of a hot beverage. Barista checked on my liking of the drink, that was a fine contribution to the well kept atmosphere

Friendly and helpful staff. Was looking for a vegan Avocado spread and the staff had a few in stock. Also treated me with complimentary spread as a courtesy.

I make a weekly trip to Starbucks. Especially the one on the Howard location. The service is excellent, and so is my go to drink! (Grande, iced salted caramel mocha)I understand that Starbucks can be pricey, but I don't mind.Hopefully they get their oat fudge bars back.
