Ristorante Avanti - Windsor

I'm just finishing up the Grande family feast. It's all you can eat, choose two apps, salad, pasta, and a couple of mains. Every course was fricken awesome. Best blush sauce I've had. Arancini was excellent. Very comfortable atmosphere. Staff make you feel like family. Thanks for the awesome meal. We are all very satisfied.

Have been going to this little gem of a restaurant regularly for the past two years. The food is great, always hot and delicious. We always go fo the fixed as much as you can eat menu and have NEVER been disappointed. The owner is the Chef and usually works alone in a kitchen area to the back of the seating area in full view of diners. I really like that you can see your food being prepared. The waiting staff are very attentive and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Great atmosphere and if you have not tried this one, it is well worth the visit. Be sure to book as it does get busy as it is a becoming a very popular place.

I have previously reviewed Avanti. Everyone that has gone with us have been very happy. The caesar salad is great. We had the Grande dinner, $25 Canadian. Soup, salad, arancini, pasta, and two entrees (we had veal parm and Chicken Limone). Had a sample of the gnocci which was also very good, but I must admit that I'm not an expert. This is a small restaurant with friendly service and very good food. I learned my lesson and made reservations as the previous time we we could not get in because they were all booked up. The restaurant also has pizzas but we did not try them. Maybe next time.

What a fantastic experience . The food is excellent as was the service. Can't wait to go there again.
