Primo Pizza - Windsor

Pizza and garlic cloves are amazing... And the Garlic Crust service is excellent and the prices are great. You have to try.

During my visit to the city, my sister ordered a Primo pizza for delivery. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. We had arranged for the pizza to be picked up at 5:15 p.m., but it seemed to have been sitting out for a long time by the time we received it, as it was dry and cold. We ate some of it out of hunger, but it was not enjoyable. When my sister called to complain, the restaurant staff tried to brush off the issue by claiming that all thin crust pizzas were dry and insinuating that we had already eaten it so nothing could be done. This lack of customer service was frustrating. Honestly, I have had better frozen pizza and would not recommend ordering from this establishment. There are plenty of other places to get good pizza in the area.

I agree with the previous reviewer that the pizza at this restaurant is not good and I would not return. I typically compare pizza to Pizza Nova, which is a franchise known for decent but not outstanding pizza. However, the pizza here was more on par with Pizza Pizza, which has always been subpar and has only gotten worse over time. Unfortunately, this pizza was just as bad as Pizza Pizza. I wish I could leave a positive review because the man working at the restaurant was very nice and friendly. However, the pizza did not meet the same standard as his excellent attitude. I cannot recommend this restaurant as a good option for pizza. Sorry.

We never order pizza from somewhere else. Primo Pizza is really the best and is good to boot. Try your pizza with the garlic crust You won't regret it!

I requested extra cheese but asked not to double the paprika and bacon on one side. Instead, I wanted more mushrooms on the other half because the lady enjoys veggies. The dish was almost perfectly cooked, and the pizza was fantastic. The chef did an excellent job.
