Napoli 2 For 1 Pizza - Windsor

I own a business that hosts birthday parties, and we often order pizza from Napoli's. It is always delivered hot and on time. The pizza is delicious, and almost every group we serve comments on how good it is and asks where we get it from. I have purchased dozens of pizzas and have never received a bad one. I highly recommend it.

Wow, this pizza is amazing. We ordered pizzas with different toppings and all of them had excellent thin crust and were not greasy. The grilled wings with hot sauce were also delicious. We had them delivered to Caesars and enjoyed every bite. I highly recommend ordering from this restaurant.

Additionally, they added pineapple to the pizza without our request, despite one of us having an allergy to it. When I called to complain about this issue, the owner seemed indifferent and tried to dismiss our concerns by offering a free meal as compensation. He even had the audacity to claim that the pizza was good, despite us stating it was the worst we had ever ordered. Overall, the customer service was lacking and I would not recommend this restaurant.
