Mi Casita Restaurant Bar - Windsor

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the service leaves much to be desired. Every time we order take-out, something is missing. Tonight marks the third occasion where our order was incomplete - our chicken fajitas arrived without wraps, lettuce, or cheese, as always missing something. After the first incident, we were offered a discount on our next order, but the manager was not present for our subsequent order, so no discount was applied. Tonight, items were missing once again and our calls went unanswered. If you want a full meal, it's best to dine in at this restaurant.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant, although my daughter had been there before. We ordered drinks and food, and the waitress brought us chips and salsa. While my daughter was outside, the waitress also brought us pupusas, which we were not sure about. I thought it might have been a sample or something, but we were not impressed with them. When we went to pay, we noticed that the pupusas were on our bill. I explained to the waitress that we did not order them, but we still had to pay for one because we had eaten some of it. We were not happy about this and will not be returning to this restaurant. The parking situation was also only metered parking.

Came here after someone recommended it. Walked in was met with a pleasant smile, a very nice server by the name Paula, the best server I have had in a long time. She went out of her way to make sure I enjoyed my time here.I ordered 2 birria meals to go.Paula asked if I would like a drink, and I asked for a recommendation, a margarita is what she recommended. It was amazing, fresh lime juice great taste.Had some chips to munch on while I had my margarita.Took the food home it was so amazing. When i mean amazing, i live close by, so it was still crunchy when i bit into the taco. The broth you get to dip your tacos in is to die for. What an incredibly tasty dish. highly recommend Birria tacos.As for service, I was welcomed. I felt like I was well taken care of. Great customer service. 5 star experience. Will definitely be back to eat in.

Terrific cigar bar. Smoke inside or outside. Awesome walk-in humidor and a very helpful and friendly staff. Great place to meet new people. One of my favorite spots in the whole city.

Food was good. Atmosphere good, margaritas good, service was not good and ridiculously slow. It literally ruined my night. Had to get a different server to go find her just to get the damn bill. Was there for two hours and only got 2 drinks each. Waited for serving plates for our app, waited to get drinks, waited for take out box, waited to get bill and after I got the other server to find her for our bill she brought the take out box and expected me to pay the bill then because now all the sudden she's in a hurry. I made her wait until i packed my left overs before i paid. Was planning on going out after but my mood completely changed after going here. I dont care if new or not. She seemed like a nice person but its not my job to teach your staff how to serve and make YOU money. You could have made so much more off us tonight. Instead I'm now home angry.
