Mcdonald's - Windsor

I found a fly in my cheeseburger patty! I ordered through the drive-thru and discovered it when I got home. I returned to the restaurant and showed the supervisor, but he did nothing about it. He suggested the fly could have gotten in at my house, even though it was clearly embedded in the patty. The staff laughed at me and treated me as if I were the problem. I would advise against eating here, it's not worth it.

We did not stay because the restaurant's dining room was closed, but it seems there was a good reason for it.

The people that works there is so rude to customers and they are not friendly.

Worst McDonalds you can ever find in Windsor.. lots of homeless people right outside the store at anytime of the day, Fries are soggy, burgers are cold. I ordered a large fries and it wasn't even half full...and I saw rats near the entrance couple times,

I paid for an upgrade for our french fries, but I guess they decided that I wasn’t getting it. Nuggets were cold and they made us pull over. I would have thought with the 15 min wait, we’d get fresh food.
