Armando's Pizzeria - Windsor

Always good pizza and pasta dishes. We have been going to Armando's for more than 20 years and have always been happy with the food.

We were greeted by the hostess Rena with an awesome smile. The restaurant is very clean and the ambiance is warm and not noisy due to the architecture and layout. Megan our waitress also greeted us with a warm smile and was a pleasure to be served by. My Bro-in-law had the sicilian pizza and the minestrone soup. I ordered the cob salad, but after I seen his soup I had to order one. The soup was fantastic. He devoured his pizza to which he used their homemade spicy olive oil with hot peppers in it. I drizzled some of it on my few remains of my salad as it was so good I did not need to add anything to it but I had to try the oil. I've been to this restaurant since it has opened and the service is still as good as when it first opened. And the food menu has many selections. I definitely recommend Armando's as one of the best Windsor Style pizza's you can get. I've had Armando's pizza since 1973 and is second to none. Although there are many that may be close and a few I would have a close tie for first, it is a must to try. To Rina and Megan, your tag team of smiles made our day. I'm smiling while I write this review with pleasure.Cheers.....

My husband and I have visited many times and I have come for lunch with friends many times.This time it was for dinner ( with husband).Greats servicegreat drinksMenu lacked selection - very limited !!!!!I ordered Sea bass and my husband had a l;amb dishNeither was worth the money - not impressedI would rather have paid more for a great dinnerNo where near a good mealNot sure if either of us will return.So dissappointed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went Armando'sPizzeria on a Friday evening the restaurant was very busy. We were seated within 10 minutes ,waitress came and took our drink order immediately.The minestrone soup very good, pasta was delicious and the veal melted in your mouth.The waitress was very attentive and brought refills on drinks right away.Always enjoy this restaurant!

Nice selection on the menu for salads and pizza, but sounded better than it actually was. For starters a few of the items on the menu were not even available (7:30 on a Saturday night). We ordered the Margherita Pizza - it arrived lukewarm and did not have that authentic wood fired oven pizza taste.
