Treats are good, but poor customer service the employees are really rude and not at all welcoming, being very racist and treated us with no respect.

Treats were ok but the female employee that helped me and my husband was very unhappy and rude.

The baked goods looked great. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try them because the two staff members that were out front completely ignored me. They were answering the phone and chatting with someone who I'm going to assume was a regular customer, but acted like I didn't exist. There was literally no one else in the store. So, after five minutes, I left and went to a competitor of theirs on Tecumseh, who were glad to take my money.My first time and last time going to this bakery was a bitter disappointment. Learn some customer service skills, the most basic of which is at least acknowledge your customers.

I love Blak's Bakery and have been going there since the 90's... Everything is yummy and always good, maybe too good? Packi's are the best I won't get them anywhere else, why would you! ... recently I was helped by Skylar and she was very sweet (just like a danish) she might have talked me into buying more than usual but please, twist my arm!!
