My partner and I celebrated our anniversary here for dinner. The staff were fantastic and provided excellent service. Although we had to wait a bit for our starters because of a Christmas party, our main dishes arrived promptly. The food was delicious, but the portions were quite large and we had trouble finishing everything.
This little place is a hidden gem when it comes to Italian cuisine. The service is good, although not as lively as traditional Italian restaurants. The staff is polite and engaging, but don't expect the usual Italian flair. However, the real star here is the food. They offer all the classic dishes, beautifully presented with generous portions and served piping hot, which is a rarity these days. The prices are reasonable for the location. This restaurant is ideal for large groups and families. As part of the Thames Hotel, you can also visit the bar across the hall for views of the River Thames and enjoy live music on occasion.
Average pseudo-Italian restaurant in Great Britain. Probably the best option is pizza, everything else is the classic type of “Italian” foods they never have in italia. basic value for money, especially if they do not expect to eat Italian.
