Appalling establishment for a landmark like Windsor. Avoid at all costs. Take a short trip to all bar one round the corner where they know the meaning of hospitality. Apon a truly awful visit, feedback was provided to customer services and their response on the matter was that the management teams are licensed to do pretty much what ever they want.

We only had a quick drink, but as soon as I ordered our drinks they arrived at our table before I had put my phone down.

What you would expect from a 'Spoons. Food basic but cooked and served well. Waiting time was ok. Lovely seating area outside. Airconditioning meant it was a bit too cool sitting inside. Toilets clean but twice over a couple of days they had run out of toilet roll. Pulled a good pint of Doombar.

This pub is over 3 floors and is big. We had wanted to sit on the terrace but had to move as there were no no smoking tables. Despite a large garden, there were only 5 no smoking tables which were placed right next to those who could smoke. As the vast majority of customers were non smokers, why give priority to the minority? Tables were clean, food was typical Spoons and the atmosphere was good despite the smoke/vapes.

App didn’t work properly so meal missed of order and subsequently had to eat separately to family. Staff not very accommodating for this even though young babies in party. Baby change absolutely foul. Bin over flowing and faeces smeared on changing table. Clearly not been cleaned in a long time. As for woman’s toilet. Sanitary bin overflowing. Purely disgusting. Food satisfactory.
