Papa John's Pizza

I used to order from this restaurant regularly for more than 2 years, but I stopped 6 months ago. The reason is that the pizzas are filled with too much cheese and lacking in ingredients. My favorite toppings are mushroom and black olives, but there were hardly any on the pizza - I only found 2 tiny pieces of mushroom. The crust was so thin that we had to eat it with a knife and fork because we couldn't lift it up! The staff were never friendly, but I put up with it because the pizza was good. However, even after complaining to the head office and receiving a voucher, we couldn't bear another disappointment.

Food was very delicious service is quick recommended

Ordered this evening. Waited 1 hour and still no order. Called and was advised I would be called back. 20 minutes later still no call. I called back to be told no order had been placed. I had received an e mail of my order and payment had been taken from my bank too. Store said no food as no order placed. Had to send my husband to the Maidenhead store in the end to get our order. Will never order from Papa Johns again. Awful service and useless website

Good place to order a takeaway pizza, good, pretty and cheap

We usually receive great food and great service, but the last few times have been terrible. Our pizza was not made the way that we ordered it, and when we called and asked to have it remade we were told NO! The man that we spoke with said that he personally made our pizza, and that there was nothing wrong with it. He refused to remake our order, argued with us, and then told us that if we were unsatisfied we could contact the manager the next day. No worries...we will not be ordering from this location ever again. To the rude man that we spoke to on the phone... THIS IS NOT HOW A PIZZA WITH EXTRA CHEESE SHOULD LOOK!
