One of the places I enjoy. fish o filet is so delicious table service is great. the prices have recently appeared a lil bit. all clean and busy. fun. in perfect position when they are hungry during shopping

Okay. fries always cold, no matter when u go. icy machine always broken. burger was the warmest thing in the shop.

Stayed at the McDonald Windsor early July. Location is fantastic, everything within walking distance. The rooms are great. Very clean, comfortable bed, complimentary water every day, lots of space and a shower worth getting into. We ate in the restaurant for both breakfast and evening dinner. Both were excellent. The Chef here is fantastic. The thing which stood out most were the staff. Every single person from the kind gentleman who assisted us with our parking to the receptionists and the waiting staff were all excellent and a credit to this Hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them, we felt incredibly welcome. Stop searching book this Hotel.

Absolutely shambolic service staff chatting in own language over telephone orders and no one looking at preparation of existing orders upon explaining to the staff member when collected order that service was slow no apology nothing absolutely disgraceful for a prestige site in front of windsor castle . Absolutely chaos manager in white shirt not managing flow of staff towards customer service why have managers ? So **** service you’re due to get better service in Slough for sure ! Deeply disappointed!

Food cold, soggy chips missing items, staff don’t care , management even worse. There are more than enough places to eat in Windsor, give the others a try
