Happy Wok - Windsor and Maidenhead

This is the worst Chinese food we have ever eaten. It was absolutely disgusting. We only ended up eating the chicken balls and chips because everything else was just awful. Please save your money and don't bother dining here.

We ordered a large amount of food for a romantic evening at home, but unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with everything. The chicken was chewy, the seaweed tasted old, and the overall meal was overpriced. We ended up spending more than £50 for just the two of us, which seemed outrageous especially considering we recently dined at a different Chinese restaurant and only spent £50 for a party of five. The portion sizes were small and it was evident that the food was pre-made and reheated. The only highlight was the crispy duck, which we did enjoy.

We decided to ignore the poor reviews, figuring that a lot of them were written by people who just like writing poor reviews How wrong we were how accurate the reviews are! If we were eating in the restaurant, we would have definitely sent it back Avoid go somewhere else

We had a takeaway this evening. My daughter is a vegetarian, has been for 10 years. She ordered vegetable chow mein and in the special instructions wrote vegetarian just to be sure. We started eating, after about 5 minutes she cried out there 's chicken in my meal !? Yes, indeed there was a piece of chicken in her vegetable chow mein . The poor girl virtually vomited on the spot! The rest of the meal was nothing to write home about, we certainly will not be using this place again.

Completely and utterly tasteless. The curry sauce was so thick and tasteless as well as the noodles and fried shredded chicken. The prawn crackers were incredibly stale. The only thing that’s was remotely ok was the egg fried rice. I couldn’t eat it all, had to throw it away. The delivery driver was friendly.
