Flic's Cafe - Windsor and Maidenhead

Flic's has actually moved and are now at Knowl Hill. Had a lovely fry up (not allowed at home) and going back today. Yummy......

Flic's is the latest re incarnation of a cafe that's been present on this site for as long as I can remember. It's a good old fashioned greasy spoon cafe. I am not saying that in a bad way it's always a great breakfast with proper tea and generous portions!

Don't let the interior discourage you. This cafe is a hidden gem for a quick lunch bite. The steak and ale pie with mashed potatoes, vegetables, and gravy was delicious! The goat curry with rice was authentic and had just the right amount of spice. The service was a bit slow, but it's a cafe with amazing cafe food. If I'm in the area and feeling hungry, I will definitely return. Thank you.

Although I'm not a hardcore coffee enthusiast, I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed the flavor and aroma of the coffee we sampled at Flic's Cafe.

As a coffee enthusiast, I was very impressed with the aroma and flavor of the coffee I ordered at this restaurant. I am looking forward to coming back soon to enjoy it again.
