I only ever go through the drive through and frequently get the same guy. No idea what his name is, but he always sounds very welcoming and polite. His enunciation is also very clear through the mic, to the point where it is noticeable.. not something I generally pay attention to. My orders are always perfect thanks to him!

I've had mostly good experiences here. Ordered two Venti Drinks and they made one a tall. Thought it was my error so I went through and bought another Venti and then looked at the first receipt and found I did order a Venti. I pointed it out to the barista who shrugged and kept making other drinks. I'm mostly upset at myself for paying a needless $8 but is what it is.
