Saint Lucia is a relatively new bar and restaurant in Windsor area, owned by a team of husband and wife.

Wow that fried chicken cone! Had seen it on instagram and thought it looked fun & interesting. It's fried chicken inside with 'jerk' BBQ sauce & slaw with charred corn - had never tried jerk sauce before it's good! (very punchy!). The serves were generous & good value. The place was buzzy & I really enjoyed the quirky decor, our waitress was lovely. Loved it will be back

We were surrounded by over full trendy Japanese restaurants when we arrived in Chapel St to eat. We were told we would be waiting for at least an hour when we stumbled across this little gem, which had several tables available (often a bad omen). Well, we were thrilled, the service was casual and attentive, the food - GREAT! The kingfish Cervice was delightful, the jerked chicken very tasty. The pulled beef brisket was very good, and it all went down very well with a bottle of B...rd Son APA craft beer from Fitzroy. We had a great night, good honest food in a lovely atmosphere.

Great food,friendly staff at a reasonable price. Great atmosphere with interesting furnishings. we will be back.
