Starbucks - Windsor

I typically have a good experience at this Starbucks due to its fast service, but my latest visit was disappointing. Despite being the only customer, I waited 15 minutes for two poorly made drinks. When I asked for napkins, there were none in sight. The whipped cream was watery, and both drinks were not prepared correctly. I don’t plan on returning if that barista is working again.

The pumpkin spice cold brew kept me energized all day long. It paired perfectly with the pumpkin cream cheese muffins!

I requested extra caramel in my macchiato, but there was hardly any in it. When I politely asked for a bit more, I ended up with a drink that was overwhelmed by caramel, with the sides of the cup completely coated and a thick layer of caramel at the bottom, leaving barely any coffee. I found the service to be rude and unprofessional.

The service is quick, and the restaurant is clean. The staff is both professional and friendly. I appreciate the consistent high standards you maintain. Thank you!

Amilia was a fantastic server; she made my drink promptly and with great efficiency. I'll definitely come back for another drink soon.
