Qimura Sushi Ramen - Windsor

Our hamachi nigiri sushi was stringy and the worst ever we had in this country. Otherwise decent.

Extremely impressive restaurant. Everything we ordered was fresh, beautifully presented and layered with authenticity. From a perfect miso soup to one of the largest, freshest Hamachi Kamas I've ever seen, this restaurant serves up high quality, sizable portions and friendly vibes from the staff. If I lived nearby, this would be a go-to spot 100%. Thanks for a wonderful and memorable lunch!

IF YOU ARE VEGETARIAN PLEASE READ. So my issue with this place is my first experience my wife orders a miso raman with tofu all vegetarian ingredients on the menu. Is it vegetarian, NO! We live almost an hour away and while out we decide on this place. When we get home the broth smells and taste like meat. We call and they confirmed that the miso raman with tofu is made with pork broth!?! Their response she had was that they offer seaweed base borth, but only as a substitute upon request. I can not request a substitute when I didnt think I needed one. Now we have all the fixings with no broth to eat! The tofu was one solid piece, unseasoned, just boiled tofu. The rice was very dry and rice was kind of old. This meal was extremely unsatisfactory for the price. Maybe I just went at a bad time.

Some of the best sushi I have had in a long time. The fish was fantastic, clearly a level above your average sushi restaurant. Just really fresh and flavorful. Top notch service too, our waitress was so nice and attentive
