Domino's Pizza - Windsor

This location has never let us down! Any time we’ve placed an order there. The orders have came exactly as ordered, delivered quickly, and is always hot.

Cheesy bread.. look at the picture vs what I got. If you don’t like your job say thatno cheese in the middle.

Very speedy service. Food was hot even after I was there a bit late.

I usually order from here and don 't have any problems, but Friday was the worst experience ever. I placed my order online for a future time figuring that by the time I make home from work everything will be done. I got the notification that my food was ready and it wasn 't. I asked where my food was, they told it would be ready in a few minutes. I thought that was strange since they just said it was done but ok. Mind you I set the time for 6:30pm and arrived at 6:43pm. By 6:50, I 'm back in the store and my food is still no where to be found. They tell me again, just a few more minutes and it should be right up. It 's now 7pm. 7:10, no pizza and they are just now realizing that someone else picked up my order! I don 't get my food until 7:30!!!! I was very patient and understanding, even though they could have cared less. And to add insult to injury, they tried to charge me 2 extra dollars on an already 50 dollar order that they didn 't take any money off of for the inconvenience!!! NEVER AGAIN!

10/2/22- placed another order (not the first since my last review a year ago). Large thin, pepperoni, sausage, ham and extra cheese. Pizza is burnt and does not look like extra cheese to me. Complained in store and got shoulder shrugs and yeah, that?sextra cheese. 3rd picture. Placed order at 6:27 pm. Delivery was 53-63 minutes out. No problem. Driver left store at 7:37 pm.Arrived 8:00 pm (and I live 3 minutes away). Pizzas COLD and DRY. Wings undercooked. Called to ask why so long for delivery andwas told too many orders and no staff. Definitely will not order from here again. Complaints made to corporate.
