Mugg Bean - Windhoek

Amazing. Wonderful. One of the best places to go for Brunch at any time of the day. Keep up work Mugg Bean.

First thought, I was not Wowwed! This place gots so much potential. It's ideally located in the city centre for a quick bite or drink. We had breakfast. Service was fairy swift. Was not busy at all. They even have outside seating, but the morning sun is not ideal for it. Bathrooms were clean. They didn't even butter for the toast which is pathetic considering the retail shops close to them in the mal. My omelette was cold, had to reheat it. Items in the menu is affordable.

Had a cosmopolitan with a delicious burger and hot chocolate with wings and ribs. Food and drinks at an affordable price. Love it. Service was great. Surroundings beautiful and cozy.

The food is delicious and the coffee is heaven but the staff is terrible. You have to yell and walk around to grab their attention. By the time i ask for a another drink i come back to find my food already cold. Its honestly a struggle to get attentive customer service even when the place is basically empty.

Today at mugg Bean I ordered bottomless filter coffee. After my second cup of coffee I was approached by the nice waitress stating that I only may get receive two cups of coffee She said since the manager is not on duty. They 'll give my third cup of coffee free of charge I was confused as my understanding bottomless means without bounds unlimited. Read the terms and conditions at the back of the menu . And it stated nothing about limited bottomless coffee.. Can someone clear up this misunderstanding? Thanks
