Domino's Pizza - Windham

I always like Domino's Pizza but the service I received tonight at Windham Domino's was exceptional! The prompt and thoughtful service made the pizza even better!

Apparently the Domino's in Windham, Maine needs days notice to get a pizza in a timely manner. To have to wait a couple of hours for a pizza seems ridiculous!

This place is run so poorly its nearly impossible to get an order placed. At least 5 times in the past 6 months I've placed orders online. In EVERY. SINGLE. OCCURRENCE, I waited for over an hour expecting to see an update. When I saw no update, I wentto the store when I always told they are way behind and will be X amount of time. They need to change their hours because thisis ridiculous!

Absolutely disgusting. They brought my pizza out right before the timer went off and it wasn?t right. So it had to go back inside. I watched 3 employees touch their faces, hair and clothes and touch my pizza. Then I noticed the girl cutting the pizzaand getting the food out of the oven was chewing gum with her mouth open?I said something and no one said anything. I decided Ino longer wanted the food. I had to wait for the manager to return from a break. Told her what happened. She looked at the girlchewing gum and said/did nothing. I told her I wanted a refund. She processed the refund without saying a word to me. Noreaction to what I said. No apology. Nothing.

This is truly terrible pizza, usually it?s not the worst of the worst, but whoever the newer people are that are making these pizzas have no regard for the people who have to eat this or who spent money to order a pizza here. The pizza in the pictures isa ?light sauce? pizza that is literally dripping with sauce and the only discernible taste is the nasty sauce. The Brooklynstyle pizzas are laughable and have giant holes in the dough. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
