Tru Nature Bowl Juice - Windermere

I used to love this place and the bowls but recently they been messing up my order more and more and whenever i try to correct them on their mistakes they don’t bother to fix it or fix it sloppily, this place is no longer my favorite and im very disappointed with the outcome out these bowls recently. the girls are young and clearly don’t know how to treat customers. awful experience

This was our first time trying this place and we’ll definitely be back!! The girls working the afternoon of 12/28 were so kind. Our bowls were delicious!!

I came in hoping for a quick lunch after grocery shopping but my food took 20-30 minutes to come out and I only ordered one açaí bowl. The flavor was completely overpowered by the coconut milk so I didn’t get any of the Caribbean flavors, the strawberries and pineapple were the best part and they were not good either, the strawberries were all white and the pineapple had no flavor. Also I was frustrated that there were no premium toppings included and was confused by the menu I thought the listing was what was on the bowl not in it. Overall disappointing but I’d be willing to try again.

Avoid. Pitchers aren’t cleaned between blends which meant I had strawberry juice which I’m allergic to and required an epi pen injection in my drink. One of the young ladies dropped and apple on the floor, touched the floor with both hands while getting it, and proceeded to begin making another order before a customer had to tell her she needed to change her gloves. The dropped apple was place back on the counter to be used it was neither washed nor disposed of.
