Awesome breakfast!! Had potato bacon and egg taco and bean n cheese and big red! Excellent fresh and good!!!

The restaurant should improve its customer service. It's important to greet customers as they arrive, as many were left waiting without any acknowledgment. Additionally, the staff should have a better understanding of the specials; some employees appeared confused when asked about them.

While the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff were commendable, that’s where the positive experience ended. The quality of the food and the facilities, particularly the restrooms, fell short of what we have come to expect from any Bill Miller's. As regular visitors to San Antonio, especially now that we live out of state, we found ourselves disappointed during our latest visit to this location. It was a completely different experience from what we've known, and I’m fairly certain we won’t be returning to this particular restaurant again.

Each year Bill Miller's caters our work Thanksgiving meal. The food is always hot and ready for pickup at the designated time. The staff is well organized and extremely helpful for any changes or last-minute modifications.
