Dunkin' - Wind Gap

They honestly should close this location. It's horrible!! Be prepared to repeat yourself at least 4 times and your order will still be messed up.No matter how many times you tell them Milk you get Cream, Muffins are stale, They are always out of stock on something to make the signature latte.They give you ice coffee when you ask for a cold brew.There is one gum chewing dark haired girl who always has an attitude. Apparently asking for napkins is a trigger for her.Workers are lazy AF, We are long over COVID so that excuse no longer works.The employees look like they rolled out of bed and came to work in yesterday's clothes.Besides that the location sucks!

The staff are so friendly. We pull in before 6am and it sure is nice to see and hear friendly people. Thank you. Donuts and coffee are great too of course.

The lady who was taking orders was really rude and i got my ICED cappuccino with no ice and it was all water

I get the SAME coffee almost every day and never have an issue unless I go to this location. I 've never had to complain or go back through the drive thru except at this location. First time they took my drink back from me and fixed it . DISTUGSTING. Second time I went there, coffee was tasted like a sugar cane. Lady tried explaining to me how it 's made, why it tastes how it does,even after telling her I get one daily and can tell just by the color it wasn 't made right. I was blamed and she felt the need to bring all of the staff to the window to tell them why she was right. HORRIBLE customer service. HORRIBLE location. When I 'm in this area again I will be driving out of my way to a different DD just to avoid this one. The other hundreds of locations I go to seem to have the proper recipe and manners except here and they blame the customers.

Unfortunately, Dunkin quality has gone downhill extremely fast. Drinks aren't consistent, and sandwiches are starting to taste like plastic. Donuts for the kids still taste good.
