Burger King - Winchester

I have been waiting for my order for 20 minutes. There is only one young lady serving and she is doing an excellent job, but she won't be able to handle the high volume of orders on this Friday night. This is definitely not fast food!

This Burger King experience was the worst I've ever had. The prices were too high for a new burger that came without any sauce. The burgers were stale and dry, the bacon on the fries tasted old and off, and the milkshakes tasted like chemicals. Paying over £40 for 2 meals with a couple of sides for 2 people was outrageous considering the poor quality of the food. We were in a rush and didn't have time to complain.

My salad was fresh and tasty. Disappointed inside was not open yet. But I understand with the virus out there. I would stop here again.

We stayed at the Day's Inn on our way back to Gatwick. The only place for food was at the service center. Not much of a choice for late afternoon/supper. We ended up paying over 13 GBP for 2 chicken sandwiches...this equals $22.00 Canadian!! Not impressed.

This was a new burger for me: the King XL Burger, 3 premium steak mince patties-great meaty flavour plus soft cheese slice, the correct amount of white onions gherkins. Good quality crisp chips. A good solid meal, at 1,000 plus calories it’s filling for a quick dinner
