They love the insides cozy warm etc. You're just really comfortable here. Staff when the upper notch. That's the second time I was there. The first time for dinner. Had a wonderful time. Oysters and seafood. Great. This time for lunch. For some reason, the club sandwich got from all the other picks. Here you will find a really great restaurant. All ingredients are locally and locally perparated. Long shop. It was the best club I've ever had and I'm 64

Good Menu...execution in food and service needs serious work. 40 day old aged NY strip was ordered medium rare arrived medium well Tuna ordered rare came out medium well. Service was disconnected. Check your wine list...make sure your winelist prices match the bill.

We ordered to go and my husband and I both got the Lamb. Mine was hardly cooked, like only seared and I had to put it in the oven when we got home and cook it longer. I know lamb is supposed to be pink inside but I don’t think it was supposed to be that rare. For the price, I was expecting a lot more.

We have made numerous attempts to get a gift certificate for my fathers 80th birthday and nobody has returned my emails (3 total). In addition, every time I call, the phone is either busy and/or nobody answers. Should I just choose another restaurant? I have never experienced something like this in a restaurant, ever. It’s been over two weeks and I literally CANNOT get anyone to respond! If an owner or GM sees this, please look for my emails and call me. My father’s birthday is tomorrow.

We must have picked up a bad night. We arrived without reservations and were sitting immediately and greeted nicely from the waiter and busboy. We ordered the salmon/sticked crab and Cioppino. We waited about an hour for our meals to arrive, and they were not hot – nice, best. My wife's salmon looked good, though only warm. I expected more substance with the Cioppino. It was thin and without seafood. The waiter was apologetic and was just as a victim of kitchen substaffing/problems as we do. He gave us a free dessert and coffee, and his positive attitude saved the day. There are many restaurants in this area, and it will be awhile before we try Village Square again.
