Roy Rogers - Winchester

This restaurant is conveniently located right on the main road, near Sheetz, making it easy to find. Upon entering, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and I was impressed by how spotless the entire place was! The cleanliness was outstanding. The restroom was equipped with automatic fixtures, so you hardly had to touch anything other than the doors. There was even a lovely flower and a beautiful note in the bathroom. I ordered a burger and roast beef sandwich, both of which were served hot and fresh. The service was not only fast but also very friendly!

The best elementary school cafeteria burger in Virginia. I have to mention that first because I ordered burgers and chicken strips through DoorDash from this restaurant, and the burger was pretty basic—no tomatoes or lettuce. However, the chicken was quite good, and my kids enjoyed it, though it can't compare to Raising Cane's. I won’t be ordering burgers from here again. Good luck, RR!

Went in for fried chicken, but only had wings thighs (unless we wanted to wait 20 minutes). Fixings bar needed to be replenished out almost out of a couple of items, not to mention that most tables had not been wiped off. When we got our order, fries were barely warm tasted warmed over. This location used to be great only young kids seemed to be running it oblivious to needs of customers. Too many other choices in the area to waste your money here. Visit was 2/13 @4:53pm

Very disappointed. I received my order and the three orders of fries were not even warm. I went back through the drive thru and kindly asked for fresh fries. I got home and opened my tenders and they were hard as if they had been sitting under a warmer for far too long. My boyfriend also had tenders and they were the same quality. I called and spoke to a manager who was rude and acted like it wasn't any concern of hers. She then asked me if I wanted fresh tenders, I replied yes. She then hung up. I won't be going back, the lack of customer service was irritating to say the very least.

I and my young had an excellent breakfast here. the place was very clean the service was great and eating was served hot and great portions. I spent as much as yesterday at ihop. faster, cheaper and great music in a clean, open dining room. we weren't even done before my kids wanted to eat early in the morning. great job boy. Thank you.
