Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Winchester

When we first walked in it took a bit before someone had spoken to us and they weren't even that busy, one person was on their head set talking to the drive-thru line, but, could've at least turned and said they would be right with us, and never did, then the manager walked out and took our order. The fries were extremely salty and not very good, but I didn't want to complain so I just ate them. The restaurant was very clean and lots of empty seats, as I stated before, they were not very busy at all.

They have the absolute BEST Customer Service!!!And the Best Wings Around, my preference is Sweet

I love Popeye Chicken in Valley Ave. Winchester but service is not very good. They don't pay attention for your order. I ordered Breast and Wings but what I got when I got home was Thigh not Breast on the meal. This happened not just one time but four times. Breast cost more than dark meat so something that is not good. Three times that happened on the drive thru so the next time I went inside to buy for take out the same meal and it happened again. My husband don't like thigh so he did not eat his meal and made me felt bad. But I live 20 miles away to take it back so I feed it to my dog. Next time I will buy chicken inside I will open the box and check make sure I get what I paid for.

Wings were not prepared to my taste. IE: the sauce was applied c to how ir was cooked. Every item of your chicken is not to my taste. It's the spice.
