I suggest you avoid ordering the big breakfast with pancakes unless you specifically request butter and pancake syrup. After my first visit, I ended up with no butter for my biscuit, so during my next visit, I asked for butter. This time, I received five packets of butter but no syrup for my pancakes. The service has been inconsistent, which is frustrating for customers who are just trying to enjoy their meal.

The restaurant is clean and conveniently located next to the subway. However, they only offer bottled water, and the food doesn't seem to be authentic.

Patty is the best employee McDonald's has ever had at the 522 (Sunnyside) location. She is incredibly polite while taking your order, and her smile when you reach window #1 is absolutely contagious.

Ordered an iced coffee and got creamer with ice. Literally gagged trying to drink it. Then tried to argue with my husband that they didn?t have iced mochas. Left the window open as we heard them say ?Well I don?t know how to make them they get what they get.? Avoid if you can, go to the on on Berryville Ave or Pleasant Valley RD. Much better customer service and their coffee tastes a thousand times better, you?re not getting milk and ice there!
