Cheng's Asian Kitchen - Winchester

When we got home, we realized that our regular chow mei fun was served completely plain, without the usual yellow spice it typically has. We called to ask them to correct this, and I was passed around by two different employees who insisted it was my fault for ordering the wrong dish. Apparently, there are two variations of the dish that I wasn't aware of. After some back and forth, they finally agreed to fix the order, but we had to drive all the way back to pick it up. When we arrived, they simply took the original dish we brought back, added some spice, and handed it back to us without any ceremony. This seems questionable from a food safety perspective and felt quite disrespectful, as they had promised to provide a fresh meal. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I hope you can improve in the future.

This is hands down the best Asian takeout restaurant in the area. My girlfriend and I visit at least once a week, and the owner is truly fantastic. She provides top-notch service and is always incredibly friendly. The food is exceptional in both freshness and flavor. I highly recommend the General Tso’s chicken—it’s absolutely amazing. The fried rice is among the best I’ve ever had, and the egg rolls are no exception. The quality of the food is outstanding, and the prices are almost unbelievable considering how great it is! Every time we visit, we receive excellent treatment, and the ambiance is pleasant and clean. If you haven't been here yet, you definitely need to check it out!

This restaurant is surprisingly delightful! I don't typically eat Chinese cuisine, but this place has me eager to come back! The service is quick, the food is incredibly tasty, and the staff are very friendly. There are plenty of options to satisfy your hunger! I left feeling full and satisfied. While it may not be the most authentic or upscale spot, the food is truly good. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Cheng’s has got to be one of my favorite takeout places in this entire city. I’ve been going here since I graduated high school. I order the same thing every single time and I am going to continue being a loyal customer for as long as this restaurant exists. Food is always prepared promptly on time and the manager is always so kind and caring. I highly recommend Cheng’s!
