The owners of D's Roastery are fantastic! They put in a tremendous amount of effort to provide an outstanding quality product. I really enjoy discovering them at local markets as well!

If you try this coffee, you won't want to drink anything else! It has completely spoiled me for all other coffees! My top picks are the Nicaraguan and Mexican Chiapas varieties. Both are smooth, well-balanced, and bursting with flavor without any acidity. The Nicaraguan coffee has a slightly lighter medium roast with a nutty base and fruity top notes, while the Chiapas is richer with hints of chocolate and caramel. Just to clarify, I have no affiliation with this business at all—this is just a genuine review from a customer who discovered them at a local trade fair.

Wow! I picked up a bag of D's Sumatra at the New Braunfels Farmer's Market this weekend, and I must say, it’s the best coffee I’ve had in years. Why go for big brands when you can support local and enjoy a superior product? I’m definitely coming back!
