Typically, the food is only average, but this is the second night I've tried to order a pizza and they won't answer the phone. I understand they might be busy, but at least picking up the phone to inform me of the wait time would be appreciated. Ever since the new management took over, the service has really declined. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

The pizza was decent, but I had a disappointing experience with my order. I specifically requested a turkey club sandwich, which is listed on their menu, but what I received was a hot ham and cheese sub instead. When I called to address the issue, the staff informed me that they didn't actually have a turkey club available, despite it being on the menu. They substituted it without even asking if I was okay with the change, and honestly, I wasn't. The ham and cheese wasn't good at all, and I ended up throwing it away. I've never encountered a place where they make substitutions without notifying you, charge full price, and offer no solutions to make it right. As for parking, the lot looks like it has seen better days—it’s in really rough condition.
