Our waitress was incredibly good at her job. Nice, accommodating, funny, and on top of everything!

We had one terrible experience which I reported through the app. I was called by the store manager almost immediately. She expressed her disappointment and not only was the entire order refunded, a gift card was issued to rectify the issue.I say this in hopes that nobody abuses this new way of customer service. I'm just impressed by their immediate response and the empathy. The complaint was not flippant, yet we were treated gracefully and kindly. This speaks a lot. Will continue to eat here.

They had a spot open for our group of 6 and gave us amazing service. Food came out timely and delicious. We had a couple of Tavern burgers which my folks said was their new goto burger now. We shared an onion tower that everyone enjoyed and my wife an I each had the Smashed Avocado burger. They were soooo good. One of us also had the Lava Queso burger. It was pretty cool how they served it and she said it was delivious.Parking: Lots of parking aroun the restaurant. Though some was a little bit of a walk.Kid-friendliness: Red Robin always has great choices for the kids and bottomless fries or mac and cheese is always a hit.

We were one of 4 tables in the guys section, it took forever to get our food. When I looked back our food was sitting in the window. I saw at least 3 servers walk past it. My burger was soggy and there was a hair on the jalapeno. The server never checked on us to see how it was, my kids drink was empty for at least half of the hour we were there. No manager came by. It was horrible. We will not be coming back.

So the first take out girl I spoke with was horrible. I told her my name said I had a pick up for 6 (it was like 5 till) she looked at me and said it's not 6 yet and called the next person. She was just rude. The second gal was very nice and helpful and I got my pizza. So the pizza was OK I am from Ohio and grew up on donates the pep pizza was ok but was a little skimpy of the pep. Then I ordered a jalapeño beef and Roma tomato( called mariachi beef in Ohio it is the best) I had maybe 10 jalapeños on a large and the kicker 4 slices of regular tomato. That is a shame and some one was lazy. I still got charged and nothing was mentioned I should have checked before I walked out. There is a very big difference between Roma and a regular tomato. Double check your order. And they don't have sour cream weird. When you pay 42 dollars for pizza you expect to get what you ordered.
