Mcdonald's - Wilsonville

This McDonald’s (Towne centre In Hillsboro) is severely understaffed and there is no leadership inside to help get the orders out. They added more kiosks and hired less people to help. The result is chaos inside. I feel for the workers inside. The food is McDonald’s I mean so we know what to expect but there isn’t any organization. It’s warfare inside. The employees look severely stressed and overwhelmed. Please help them McDonald’s and hire more people!!

I spent $1.50 at the wilsonville mcdonald’s and they charged me on accident for 13$. They supposedly “fixed it” and made me put my card to the card reader again and told me to go the next window like they were upset at me, almost 2 weeks later and my money still hasn’t returned.

Open 24hrs my butt, workers inside but nobody taken orders thru the drive thru WTH oh was there at 0515hrs thank you for no service never coming there again

Yesterday November 10th arrive and placed my family’s order in the drivethru at 10:16am. Busy morning I completely understand the long line. After a placed my order and went to the window to pay they had my wait in parking number 2 cause they were waiting on a round egg to complete my order. After 20 minutes waiting in the parking area. I sent my 18 year old son in to see if they forgot about us and if it wasn’t ready we needed a refund due to an appt. So he waited inside for help of any kind f … – show

Another consistent McDonald's. Quick food that is what you expect. McDonald's is like an oasis of the highway. When traveling, you know you can always count on McDonald's.
