Campfire Cafe - Wilsonton Heights

We gave it one more try for breakfast but still sad. Toast was dried out from being in the oven for an hour or so. Could have crushed it and made breadcrumbs. Coffee is ordinary and just warm when I asked for extra hot. Eggs were ok but I asked for crispy bacon however got dried out from oven and not crispy at all. Sorry won't be back for awhile. Actually put me off eating breakfast out. May as well stay home and cook it myself.

We have eaten at the Campfire Cafe several times now and it is always delightful. The lovely sunny outdoor area in the rear of the Cafe is great for those chilly winter mornings and for the children to have a play in the enclosed play area. The coffee is always hot and delicious and the meals are delicious. I have had wraps, pies and salads and all have been fresh and yummy. I really enjoy this lovely little cafe in Highfields on the outskirts of Toowoomba.

My husband and I live just down the road. What a perfect location for one of our favourite Highfields cafes!!!!!Today we had super coffee (which is very important), I had a lovely wrap. We relaxed for an hour and read the paper - whilst eating an ice cream. The staff are very friendly and helpful :) would recommend here.

This charming coffee shop is perfect for all ages, featuring a play area with toys for young children to enjoy while you relax and sip on your coffee.

I have previously mentioned how good the coffee is at Campfire Cafe, but now I must also talk about their cakes! I recently tried their carrot cake and it is one of the best I have had in the area. I consider myself a bit of a carrot cake expert and even make a good one myself, but why bother when I can just go to Campfire Cafe and satisfy my craving? Highfields has some excellent cafes, so be sure to stop by next time you are in the area. You won't be disappointed!
