Mcdonald's - Wilson's Mills

Yall the workers are literally mostly in highschool of course they’re not going to be 5 star waitresses and waiters lmao. the food is fine and everyone else is cool

I visited this location early Friday morning after 2 am on my lunch break. I was greeted by an older african american I wish I got hwe name. She was very kind and courteous. Food was fresh and hot. Enjoyed this experience.

Worst ever. I'm laying here on the food floor with food posion. I know 6 people who got sick this week from eating there. 4/21/2024. Don't eat there. I've eaten there for years but this isn't worth it. This is ridiculous. I'm in so much pain. Scew yall mc Donald's in Smithfield in front of lowes....... ?????

Four of my family have gotten food poisoning at this location.

It was the typical cookie cutter McDonald's like every other in america. Nothing special or out of the ordinary, nothing bad or worse than any other fast food joint.
