Starbucks - Wilson

My daughter placed a mobile order at 7:45 this morning, but by 8:20, her order still wasn't ready! It seems that a mobile order doesn’t guarantee faster service than ordering inside or through the drive-thru. According to the manager, they don’t start making her drink until she arrives, and then it gets pushed to the end of the line with other personal orders. It's so frustrating!

A bit on the pricey side, but that's to be expected at this place. The drinks were great, just like always!

Every time I visit this place, I question why I keep coming back. The service is consistently slow—I just waited 20 minutes for an ice cream! They also frequently mess up our drink orders. The only dependable drinks I can count on getting here are a black coffee or an Americano. Not great!

Do not come here unless they want to do without living because it will take a year to order them the administration here must be replaced without having to replace the entire staff

Extremely slow, one of the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Employees also were not very polite. They didn’t do anything rude but they did not act like Starbucks employees are expected to act.
