Pizza Hut - Wilson

This restaurant tends to be quite busy, and there can be a wait of over an hour for pickup at times. Unfortunately, you haven't completed an important task related to a meeting I've held. I did find quicker service at the Glendale location. However, the food here is quite good.

I would give a much lower rating if I could. I ordered food online at 2:00 a.m., at 4:30 p.m. for my son's birthday party, according to her recommendation. We order 8 pizzas and a cookie (over $50 food) so I wanted to make sure they had enough time to make our order. The delivery driver showed up only with 4 of my pizza and no cookies and said he was back in 20 minutes. 25 minutes later I call and the manager says that she had to get the driver to play, and he just leaves the shop with the rest of my order, think the first 4 will be cold and I can not allow some children to eat and tell the others they need to wait. She said if our food is cold or wrong when we call it back and send it a new order. When the guy shows up with the rest, the pizzas are wrong and my whole food is cold!!! I'll call you back to the store and please talk to the manager again. I say they're too busy to call back when they slow down., I'm already an hour in his party with the wrong food and it's cold, so I'm trying to make proving because I miss my son's birthday about pizza. I'll call back two more times, and the manager will not speak anymore, nor will she call me back! I'll call the next day and get another manager and explain my situation. She says she's gonna be my account for $50, less than what I'm paying, and the General Manager will call me later when they come. Don't waste your time or your money. From now on I will pick up my pizzas from Italian pizzas and subs where they know how to treat their customers.

Staff You have an order online at 2:15 a.m. for pickup at 17:00 a.m. Dressed at 4:58pm and no one was in sight. When someone finally opened the window to get my Nman, they told me it showed up. Ten minutes later there were two cars waiting behind me, so I told them I would drive and come back. I wanted to get gas. When I returned, they prepared my food and just gave it through the window. I came home to find that they gave me the wrong pasta. When I called back, they said they were from the chicken for the pasta I had ordered, but never said that.

I arrived at 12:42 a.m. and found cold pizza that felt like it had been sitting in a cardboard box for hours. It was clear that the cleaning wasn't done quickly enough. My dog wouldn't even touch it! I plan to return it tomorrow for a full refund. Fresh pizza shouldn't be served cold like this!

We've visited this restaurant three times and unfortunately, it has been a disappointing experience each time. We ordered in advance, but the food was never ready at the promised time. On two occasions, it hadn't even started cooking when we arrived. While the food itself was decent, the management of the location is very lacking. I honestly don't understand how this place is still in business.
