Mcdonald's - Wilson

I?ll give zero stars too bad I can?t. The worst customer service ever. He waited for about 15 minutes for 3 mcdoubles. Every time I'm here, something is always wrong. The last two times I tried to get ice cream coffee they didn't have. You have to hire people who don't want to work lazy they have. The only reason I stop is because I'm on my way home. But after today, I will never stop here again. They have like 5 people on the front and they can't get your food in time.

Worse Place I was ever in...... the manager should be ashamed....... I wouldn't suggest my worst enemy. Rude employees, they just talk. Drop food, give people the wrong order and don't worry.... just terrible

Has the best customer service in Wilson, food is good and orders are almost always correct

Drive thru Associates need refreshment course on customer service. A smile and a DANKE instead of just taking my money and throwing me a bag. Practice this concept or visit Chic-Fil-A for a demonstration of customer service skills.
