Dairy Queen (treat) - Wilson

Not as good as it was a decade ago, but only place in wildson to get bblizzard type milkshake.

The restaurant is extremely dirty. There is food waste scattered across the equipment, countertops, and floors. The Blizzard machine has not been cleaned, showing signs of neglect. The staff seems indifferent to food safety, with only children working and no supervision. This is by far the most disorganized and unkempt dairy establishment I have encountered. Corporate should conduct an investigation at this location, as it tarnishes the brand's reputation.

Sat and ordered 2 medium chocolate brownie extreme nlizzards. I am home and there were no brownies in our blooming! I don't appreciate paying for something I didn't get! no more happy customer!

I gave this restaurant 1 star because I felt compelled to leave a review, though I wouldn’t even give it a single star if I could. I took my son to this place at 9:45 p.m. on a Saturday. There was one car in front of us and four behind us in the drive-thru. After waiting a considerable amount of time, the car ahead of us informed us that they were no longer taking orders. They only knew this because they went to the window and knocked to check. The workers explained that they had stopped taking orders because they needed to clean up before closing. I’m not upset that they wanted to leave right at 10 p.m. instead of the posted closing time; I’m frustrated that they didn’t have the common courtesy to communicate that to the cars waiting. It’s just rude.

I think they should just shut this place down. They canceled my order once, and when I tried to call multiple times, they didn’t answer. Instead, the Uber Eats driver had to call me to let me know they didn’t have what I wanted. If I could give customer service a rating of -5, I would! I will never order from this place again, even if they were the last restaurant on earth!
