The Pour House - Wilmington

I've only been here a few times, but every time I'm in Wilmington, I make it a point to stop by. The business concept is fantastic, although there are a few areas that could use some improvement.

I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking to enjoy a reasonable drink. I ended up paying $14 for a soda, and when I pointed out that the bartender had forgotten the vodka, she actually cursed at me.

This is one of the coolest and friendliest bars I've ever visited. The drinks are fantastic, the staff is incredible, and the owners truly take care of everything. You walk in as a stranger and leave with new friends—it's just that kind of place!

This is one of those places you tend to overlook until you find yourself missing it after you move away. It's like a real-life Cheers. You can just drop in and find friends there, as long as you can appreciate the local vibe, which is genuinely delightful. From the regulars to the staff (you know what I mean), this bar offers a great atmosphere, plenty of fun, and an excellent Coors banquet. I miss you all and love you!
