Taco Bell - Wilmington

I am a 20 yo pregnant female I just want the world to know I was assaulted kicked in my stomach last night at this location by a taco bell employee. I'm still trying to understand why this happened to me I am pressing charges. I want theperson responsible to be excuted to the fullest extent of the law. I do not live close I had just stopped by for a quick bite toeat from working in that area. I've called over 30 times to no avail. I would love to speak to a manager about this. My baby waskicking everyday in my belly and now I don't feel anything anymore. I'm so upset I really hope taco bell is not still keepingthis person employed. She was a tall light skin girl with black braids. I'm just praying my baby will be okay. I never expectedthis. It's crazy because I really like taco bell. Please do the right thing fire that monster!

I had the sweetest person take my order. Her name was Tiffany. Biggest smile. I love that she did not give me 10 sauces but just 2 for each burrito and no napkins as I requested. So much is wasted. You did an amazing job. Thank you And to the kitchenstaff. I went again today and had the kindest young man named Michael. I ordered us 2 bean burritos and he asked how many saucesand what kind. I love that! They don?t waste. I requested again for no napkins. He was spot on and I saw the dedication he hasto his job. Rock Star!! That is what I like to see. Work as you are the owner. You did that.He also asked. If I wanted to rollthe amount up to support a foundation. Amazing service.

I?m gonna give five stars to the gentleman who handed me my food and 1 star to everything else. Came late around 9:30 on a Friday night. Long line of cars in front of me but moved a decent pace for there to have been so many. Saw the two cars in frontof me wait in line to order then get to the menu board and the promptly leave. At first I thought that was strange. Well after aterrible greeting I was informed by a lovely lady ?we outta beef?. Okay no big deal. Supply issues. Simple change to my orderand moving on. I was then informed that there is currently a 30 minute wait for food. I thought, well that?s interesting seeingas how the other cars in front of me that didn?t get out of line collected food. My reply was ?Okay Great? and proceeded with myphone order. Pulled right up to the window with no other cars in line at this point. Insert the nice gentleman here in the storyand he was very professional. How he was able to contain his composure was astonishing. While waiting, one female employeebehind him stood in the corner and another employee was making threatening comments, aggressively standing in her face andmaking hand gestures to her in a very intimidating manner. I could not believe this was happening directly in front of thewindow and with customers around. Not surprisingly the food only took less than 5 minutes to become ready and I was able toleave. So disappointed in this experience. I feel so sorry for the female who was being harassed. I felt helpless that I couldnot defend her.

I was looking at the app and wanted something from that menu. I was told I needed to place my oder from the app to get the food from that menu since it wasn't on the drive-thru board. The Taco Bell app was having issues and would not accept my payment so Iabandoned my Taco Bell visit and went somewhere else.

Really friends staff and one of the better Taco Bells in this area. Never had an order wrong and I go almost once a week. I barely review places, let alone fast food, but they really are the best Taco Bell I have been to.
