Taco Bell - Wilmington

Watched the staff tell an 85 year old woman to use the kiosk to order. It was all she could do to see the screen, much less understand how to use it. My wife was able to help her while the manager stood and watched. Taco Bell if you're reading this,not everyone likes your kiosk. The elderly and handicap have a HARD TIME navigating the menu. Please train your management teamto help those that need it, not just run them away from the register.

The culmination of my last couple times here has really given me a poor opinion on the management here. Orders and meats have been wrong multiple times for me, even when I am the only one in the drive through. Breakfast is advertised as being serveduntil 11 but often, they will not serve it after 10. I understand that the eggs take a while to cook, but to not even offer tomake them when I said I have time is just lazy.

Without a doubt the rudest most disgusting excuse for customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The people working here are impatient, rude and completely asinine.The manager was completely indifferent to the manner in which we were treated. There were food scraps and trash all over the floor in the restaurant and the food prep area. Everyone working there has the WORST attitudes I have ever seen. They act bothered that you are even there to order food, inexcusable!!This is the 3rd time in a month I have been treated this way, this time they yelled at us through the drive thru.Everyone there needs to be FIRED! I WILL NOT GO BACK HERE! If you want to be treated like garbage, come here otherwise go elsewhere!

This tacobell is probably one of the worst in the area. Idk what the overlying problem is, but the service is usually eh, mess ups are incredibly common, and something is always broken or out of stock. I usually just go to another one even with this one being closest to me. Could be a management problem, owner problem, staff pay problem, idk but it has the most things wrong consistently

That was the worst . I was so excited to have the Mexican pizza I loved them before. But tonite I had 1 plus 2 taco supreme. The taco pizza was terrible and the tacos were too. I threw most of pizza away and 1 of tacos. The meat was horrible.
