Contribuiți la feedbackCharming funny little neighborhood gem. We like to get the weird but yummy meatball salad when we don't want pasta. Nice staff, but zoning doesn't allow for alcohol, so get it to go.
Took my wife and BIL here for hearty, home style Italian. Everyone was so friendly and we got to enjoy a great, relaxing meal at 5:15PM on a Saturday. We had broccoli rabe and risotto rice balls for an appetizer, entrées: Sunday Gravy, cheese ravioli special with pink sauce, and chicken cutlet downtown. For dessert, lemon ricotta pound cake and a cannoli. The cannoli crust was crispy, clearly filled just before serving. They even made a fresh pot of coffee for us. My wife is already asking when we're can go back.
It is always take out for me but the ambiance is good. The food is great. They do have vegan options.
Just like my mom made. I grew up with Sunday sauce. I was pleasantly surprised with the authentic taste of my meal. This unassuming restaurant serves up quality Italian food. The neighborhood restaurant feel and great service added to our experience. Thank you so much and we'll be back.
There's a good reason why Yelp ratings are sky high for this place. It's simply wonderful. You walk in and are immediately taken care of by the excellent and friendly wait staff. We had the Meatball appetizer. Oh my....Heaven. Could have died right after, and been happy. For entrees, we got the Chicken Parm and a Veal dish with Crab topping. Both were superb. The lamb was so tender I couldn't believe it was lamb. Both entrees were so large we took half home. Too full to try dessert oh well. Loved the right in your neighborhood, homey ambience of this tiny place. Would return in a heartbeat if I'm in the neighborhood.
