Nikki's Gourmet Sushi - Wilmington

We discovered this restaurant during our overnight stay in Wilmington, and we truly enjoyed the sushi, the service, and the atmosphere. It was a fantastic daytime sushi experience!

It was just okay. Definitely not the best sushi I've had. I ordered sashimi, which is supposed to feature premium cuts of fish. Unfortunately, the connective tissue in the tuna was too tough to chew.

I stopped by today while wandering around downtown, feeling a bit undecided about what to eat. Sushi is always my first choice, and on a chilly day, miso soup sounded really appealing as well.
