Hamburger was almost raw, not medium. deliver person also did not bring drink I ordered

Chili was not good at all. very bland. mac n cheese was hard and tasteless too. my son loved the chicken tenders. the philly cheesesteak was all over the container.

IT WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! THE BREADING FELL OFF SHRIMP FISH WAS BROKEN INTO MINI PIECES. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM KICKBACK JACKS AGAIN. WAS GREAT MANY YRS AGO!

Did not get all the food I ordered and got some things that I did not order quality of food was poor

Eating is great with every kickback I've ever been. This place wasn't different. When we showed up on Saturday night, we received our U12 football team and our parents. CO2 did not work so that part of the beer could not be served as it could be flat. But smaller problem and the bartender was great to make sure everyone got what they wanted. For a fun evening.
