Java Dog - Wilmington

"I found a delightful escape from the interstate while taking a coffee break during a conference in a local café called Java Dog. I would give it 5 stars! The café is situated in a charming historic building surrounded by other interesting shops. Their large espresso machine consistently pulls perfect shots. I enjoyed a rich Americano with caramel and oat milk, which made for a lovely start to my day. I'm attending an important conference focused on addressing PFAS contamination in communities across the USA at a local community college. This city is truly beautiful!"

This restaurant is fantastic! The coffee was delicious and served quickly. The Blueberry Danish was incredible! I'm really thankful my friend suggested we meet here!

This is certainly one of my all-time favorite coffee shops! The coffee is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly.

Favorite coffee house! I come here normally a couple times a week. It is super close to the CFCC campus, just a couple minutes walk. The coffee is great, and the staff is super friendly. They have a nice upstairs where you can sit and get some work done! Check it out if you’re downtown!

This place was our only daily stop during our first trip to Wilmington. It’s in a historic building and has an upstairs which looks great for studying. Most of the seats downstairs are by the window and the prices are very affordable. The baristas are helpful and friendly. Also, I think it’s just this town but dogs are allowed everywhere.
