Bonefish Grill - Wilmington

We're from Pittsburgh, but my daughter lives nearby and wanted us to try this place. We ordered two surf and turf dishes, a steak, and a pasta dinner, and they were all fantastic. We also sampled four special drinks, which were equally impressive. The Knall Bang shrimp was absolutely delicious! The only downside was the calamari; it was tough and not edible. We mentioned this to our wonderful waiter, but we expected a manager to come over and check in with us, either to replace it or to understand our experience. Instead, it was just taken away uneaten. If that had been addressed, this would have been a perfect 5-star experience.

Although it is a chain restaurant, the food and service were among the best we've ever experienced! The fillet was cooked to perfection, and both my son and husband enjoyed the tuna as well. Our waitress, Giselle, was fantastic! She kept our glasses full, had a great personality, and was able to provide helpful suggestions for me since I'm a bit pickier with my food choices.

The atmosphere is welcoming, allowing you to feel at ease whether you arrive in jeans, shorts, dresses, or suits—anything goes! The staff struck a perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. Our experience was just as enjoyable now as it was during our first visit 20 years ago.

Fantastic place with fantastic food. The main dish I had was so good I ate it before my phone got to. They were very careful and aware with any allergy concerns. Food is great and a great atmosphere.

Food and service are both great. A nice ambiance too, it's worth a try!
