Blaze Pizza - Wilmington

If you have an allergy or nutritional preference, I would stay away. I was so excited about the milk-free options. I made it clear that I am allergic to milk. The stations were so disorganized. Cheese had fallen into several containers including sauce. I'm so glad I didn't order online. I tried to order containers that don't seem to have cheese in it, but there was so much cross-contamination. I was in such places, and it was okay, they obviously didn't care about cleanliness or organization. You could kill someone who was so bad. I'm not vegan, but I wouldn't trust it if I were. Cheese had even fallen into the vegan meat. Our pizzas were covered with black dust and all our hands. I got a box, and I accidentally spilled some water on it. I started wiping the box with napkins and the box was absolutely dirty. Anyway, I have milk somehow, although I was super careful and now I pay for it. I wouldn't risk back to this place and if you're milk free, vegan or gluten-free, I wouldn't risk it either.

It was great. From service to pizza! And the sweet tea is amazing! Absolutely come back!

Pizza was burned because the staff was too busy to check it. There were 5 employees and 4 customers. had to make it new and waited for 20 minutes. My boy has eaten himself since I had to wait for mine. The food is good, but make sure you stay close to the counter so you can check your food.

Spent 13 minutes to stand at the counter and order my pizza with no one before me. Once my pizza was out of the oven, she sat on the counter for about 5 minutes. I finally went to the counter to ask them to be put in a box. This Blaze location is not what I experienced in other places. Workers are happy polite only extremely inefficient.

Build your own is always best! Staff was very nice, but service was truly at a snail's pace. We were the only customers and waited several minutes (after being acknowledged) for someone to begin our order.
